Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing benefits plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
Duties:
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs
- Analyze benefits data and trends to make recommendations for plan improvements
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate benefits enrollment and payroll deductions
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive benefit options
- Conduct regular audits to ensure benefits data accuracy
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and resolve any issues that may arise
- Oversee the annual open enrollment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in benefits administration and management
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, Lawson, or Paylocity
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws governing employee benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data for decision-making purposes
- Experience in conducting employee evaluations related to benefits programs
